Weekly classes begin in September
50 minutes of cardio infused fun. Work your large muscle groups disguised by basic dance moves that will keep your heart pumping and your mind sharp. 5 minutes devoted to strengthen that core- 5 to a true cool down. No experience needed for this dance party. Moves are broken down so you can feel confident and ready to unleash your inner dancer. Bring water, wear sneakers and supportive clothing.

Amanda is a former professional dancer and certified yoga instructor. Since the age of 3, dancing has been her passion and has taken her to the competitive collegiate level as well as the professional platform.
After retiring from professional dance, Amanda found yoga and all of the benefits the practice had to offer. She went on to train as an instructor, receiving her 200-hour certification. Amanda teaches vinyasa style classes with a focus on alignment in various yoga studios in Bergen County.
Always a student first, she continued her studies of yoga, receiving a certification in Yin yoga. She continues her studies in dance, frequently in classes in New Jersey and New York City. Currently, she focuses her studies on energy work and helping to heal through natural practices. She has most recently received her certification as a Reiki Healing Practitioner.
FIT4BABY® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as FIT4BABY® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
Certified FIT4BABY® instructors are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. FIT4BABY® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.
Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. FIT4BABY® : helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH IN MOTHERHOOD!
This class is for expecting moms only - children and strollers are not permitted.

Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 HIIT classes per week, access to at home HIIT workouts, recipe book, meal planning and food journals.
